It looks like you are using Windows Vista, your data file is probably at:

It looks like you are using Windows, your data file is probably at:
C:\Users\<username>\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Library.xml
You seem to be running something else than Mac or Windows, thus lacking iTunes.
